was one of the three finalists of the University of Calgary 2020 Sustainability award in the category Faculty Sustainability Research Award. The winning finalist of this category was Dr. Tricia Stadnyk, Associate Professor and I was second and the project by Prof. Brent Hagel, Dr. Alison Macpherson, Dr. Andrew Howard, Pamela Fuselli was third. The email to me states “Congratulations! In recognition of your exemplary work on ecoableism and disability justice, you have been selected…” The award webpage states “Improving the quality of life of disabled people and securing a sustainable future for all” University of Calgary 2020 Sustainability Award
